Promoting Teachers Well-being through Positive Behaviour Support in Early Childhood Education
The ProW learning programme is based on the 5 pillars of Positive Psychology PERMA model, the 8 key elements of the primary prevention of SWPBS (School-Wide Positive Behaviour System) and the enhancement of teachers' professional development.
Teachers can access a variety of educational materials and activities that will support them to implement the ProW project in their schools. We have put together a complete package of trainings, teaching aids, videos and more, which teachers can use in their daily practice.

Teachers can access a variety of educational materials, such as activities to implement the PERMA model to promote teacher well-being, training guidelines, as well as working material from other schools that are implementing or have implemented the ProW approach. In addition, teachers can find teaching material and teaching aids. We have put together a complete package of videos, lesson plans, posters and other aids that can guide teachers towards teaching social skills and routines.
In summary, the e-learning platform has the following objectives:
- Provide skills and knowledge about the PERMA model and the application of SWPBS
- To offer a variety of the necessary teaching materials to support the efforts of teachers and schools to implement
- To train teachers and stakeholders on the 8 key components of the SWPBS system
- To train teachers on the 5 factors of the PERMA model to enhance their well-being
